Injectable Solution
INDUCE LABOR AND STIMULATE MILK RELEASE AFTER DELIVERY
INGREDIENTS:
Oxytocin
INDICATIONS:
As an aid in the treatment of the following conditions in cows, mares, ewes, dogs and cats:
– In dystocia due to uterine inertia.
– In evacuating tissue and debris from the uterus in cases of pyometra or endometritis. For preventing or controlling postpartum uterine hemorrhage.
– Uncomplicated agalactia in cows. To stimulate milk let-down.
– To induce labor. To accelerate the process of normal parturition.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR USE:
By intramuscular, subcutaneous (I.M, S.C) injection. The following dosages are recommended and may be repeated as needed.
– Cattle, horses: 2 – 5 ml/ head.
– Goat and sheep: 1 – 2 ml/ head.
– Dogs, cats: 0,5 – 1 ml/ head.
Withdrawal period:
– For meat: 3 days.
– For milk: 2 days.
NOTE:
– Do not exceed recommended dosage
– Unopened cervix.
ACTUAL VOLUME: 20 ml
FOR VETERINARY USE ONLY.
STORAGE: Keep in shade, cool and dry place, at room temperature.
